Can You Put Neosporin In A Cats Eyes For An Infection?

Answer Question

Over-the-counter neosporin is NOT meant for eyes - human or cats.  You need an opthalmic ointment, or else a systemic antibiotic.  TAKE YOUR CAT TO THE VET.  He will advise you on what to do.

I wouldn't put anything in the eyes until you consult a vet. In fact you need to be very careful with any human over counter medicines, and always check with your vet to make sure that it's safe. Some human meds can cause serious health issues in animals.
