Try training her with a rolled up newspaper and hit your hand with it or your thigh they don't like the sound of the paper. also try giving her plenty of toys and bones like raw hide or milkbones.

 I have two friends with Jack Russels, & that's pretty much there nature, they're very active dogs. You could try a rigorous outside workout 2/3 times a day. They like to hunt in holes & find prey. Do u have a safe yard he can play in?
