What it says in the Bible about homosexuality is in the Old Testament.  The rules Christians are to follow are in the New Testament.  That is one reason we are not bound by the dietary laws of the OT.  I won't quote the source but you'll be familiar with the text:
"Let he who is without sin among you cast the first stone."
"And the greatest of these is love."
"Love others as I have loved you."
"In my Father's house there are many mansions.  I go there now to prepare a place for you.  If it were not so, I would not tell you this."

Sorry I don't have the address of the website you are looking for.  Maybe you don't really need it after all?

I know nothing about the booklet, but I can tell you a couple things the Bible says about it.

Leviticus 20:13 "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them."

Leviticus 18:22 "Thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind: It is abomination". (note, this places even greater condemnation upon homosexuality than it does upon Beastiality which it calls simply "confusion".)

Biblical views on homosexuality are also demonstrated in the story of Noah (Genesis 9:20 - 25), where after the flood he had grown a vineyard.  When he lay drunk in his tent, his son Ham went into his fathers tent and "knew his fathers nakedness".  To know someone's nakedness is a figure of speech the Bible uses to describe sex.  When Noah awoke and saw what had been done to him, he placed a curse upon Ham and his descendants.
