Sounds more like a case of nerves/worrying and maybe hyper thyroidism..and a little depression brought on by not having the other symptoms /illness looked at.-"but since i am not a doctor have a doctor look at you" ...better to have a solution to the causes than worrying about them anymore than you have to...

Yes, it is possible.  I was completely healthy over 10 years ago when I began to experience night sweats, fatigue, and pains in my legs.  A supposedly reputable doctor told me to "stop wearing heels" and I'd be fine, despite the auto-immune family history of lupus and RA.   It took 3 years for a diagnosis and that was only after I (finally) saw a rheumatologist as a self-referral.  The sore muscles can be fibromyalgia, which often accompanies auto-immune disorders.  Thyroid problems like Hashimoto's can be auto-immune, too.  Go to a rheumatologist and don't waste time with a family doctor, who may be out of his or her league.  Good luck!
