The hot topic at my school has been the hurricanes that are going to hit soon. I thought about how they name the hurricanes because my friend has one coming, that has her name and wondered if there was a website or something I enter my name in and see if they might name one after me.

Hurricane names are decided internationally. Individual countries can nominate names for their own region when the need for a new name comes up. This only happens when a powerful hurricane has occurred in that region.
The National Hurricane Center is responsible for hurricane names in the US. They accept name nominations by letter. There is no indication that they accept them by email. You can learn more about the process on their website here :
