Wow. Is this s trick question? No,,,sorry,,,,,there are many ways to do this, file a petition in family cort asking for a stay away order against this person because he (she) is emotionally abusive, harassing, etc.
Move out and file for an order of protection and file for divorce based on cruel and inhuman treament....Move far, far away and change your name. The possibilities are endless, Best thing to do,,,,talk to a divorce atty. Remember Divorce is not easy, it is very painful and the hurt takes a long time to go away.
