I have asthma and I'm looking to see if Texas would be the state for me.

Texas is vast hence the air quality varies so. Pollution is high in the cities. Best to narrow your search down.

I'm looking for somewhere where it won't snow. Where it's like spring and fall around Oct. - March. What city in Texas would u recommend?
My concern would be from the asthma point of view. Hardly anywhere in Texas gets snow, if it does it stays for a few mins/hrs and then the temp rises. Maybe out west Texas but then that's very remote, depends but best you focus on the asthma and pollution levels.
