She just started having diarrhea now there is blood in it and she is vomiting what should i do?

Take her off food and most water for now... But you don't want to do anything to stop the vomiting and diarrhea just yet. This is her system's way of trying to get rid of something take shouldn't be in it. offer her ice chips every few hours, but until her stomach settles down don't let her drink much. Given her age, I don't feel comfortable with the thought of giving her meds to control the symptoms.. So if things haven't started to improved by morning (or get much worse tonight),, you probably should take a trip to emergency.

I agree with dave8285 lots of dogs can get parvo within the 1st year. Well they're more likely to have it within the 1st year anyway. And one of my dogs had it when she was 8 months old.(rottweiler)and died. Good luck hope you catch it in time.
