How To Change Fuses Or Bulbs For 2001 Subaru Forester Instrument Panel?

Two fuse boxes, one under the hood behind the battery. Second one is under the dash on the left side near the driver's feet. If I am not mistaken, you can access that one through a little ash tray that pulls out of the dash. To change dash bulbs you will need to remove the instrument cluster for access
