How Can I Not Gain Muscle Doing Cardio?

    Cardio is usually just to raise the heart rate and burn calories your body can build some muscle that way depending on what type of workout you are doing... For example I have a cardio dance tape I do if you do the steps lightly it helps raise the heart rate but if you really get into it they do some positions that help work the mid section as well as the thighs and rear... If you are wanting to build more muscle and stay with the same routine just add some weights they make some that strap to your legs and other areas, if you are looking for less of a workout on light days then just focus on the heart rate doing the basics...
