The important things that you need to include in your advert are:
The breed of the puppy - this is important as people need to know what is on offer. The size of a dog can be rather important to some people, so they will want to have an idea of what breed they will be purchasing. It also helps people who are looking for a particular breed.
How many puppies you are selling - you will need to state whether or not the puppies are being sold individually.
Pricing - perhaps the most important part of the advert!!
Condition - Do the puppies have any health issues that people need to be aware of? You need to state this in your advert.
Age - state how many weeks old the puppies are.
Another thing to include is a photo of the puppies, though this isn't important, and it will cost you even more to include one! This may be more suitable for if you are advertising on a website.
It may also be a good idea to stress that the puppies need to go to a loving home and ask people to contact you only if they are sure that they are interested.

Something to consider when your ad is answered: If you want the pups to go to a "good home", take the pup to the buyer's home, rather than them coming to yours. That way, you can see exactly where your pup will be living, how it interacts with the family, if they have a fenced yard, etc. A buyer can tell you anything they think you want to hear if he visits the pup at your house, but seeing is believing!
