How To Make Ginger Stop Plucking Her Feathers?

My mom found a dove with a broken wing. The dove's name is Ginger,and she would not stop plucking her feathers. How can I make her stop plucking her feathers?

In birds this is a sign of stress or of severe irritation. Does she have access to a dust bath? If she has mites you can get powder to treat them.
If it is stress, you have a bigger problem. Assuming her wing has healed the sooner you let her go the better.
