Are you trying to say that the mother cat will not feed them?

If so then it is probably because they have been handled by a human. Mother cats will often reject their babies if a human has left their scent on them.

I suggest calling a local vet or animal shelter for advice, look in the yellow pages / online. You can go to a vet's office (or maybe a pet store) and buy little kitten baby bottles and special feeding formula. You will have to feed each one of them. I do not know how much to feed, or how often, or until what age.

You really need to call a professional. If you do not see the mother feeding them, and very often, then they will starve to death.
