Both M.com(Master in Commerce) and MBA(Master in Business Administration) in Finance are similar master degrees. If you have done any one of them then you do not need to do the other. M.com is usually offered in Common wealth nations but MBA is usually more common world wide.

M.B.A Finance is i think more suitable then M.Com Finance as it is considered more updated.

Don't mind brother but you are a bit too late for CAT....i mean you CAN do it but it would take you another 6 years after this if you need a high paying job. The best way after CAT is ACCA and then CA, but this would take another 6 years (min). I have started CAT after my matriculation (10th) and i am just 16. Its suitable for someone like me.
I would definitely recommend you do MBA in Accounting and finance from a renowned and good university in good grades. It would fetch you awesome salaries.

I think MBA is better then the M. Com, cause M. Com is related with Clerically and MBA is related with Managerial Job.
