2+ Periods A Month, Nausea, Was Taking Loestrin Birth Control. Could I Be Pregnant?

I was 'active' in a relationship on Oct 17th-19th and had a real light cycle the following weekend. I was dieting and lost 18lbs in 7 weeks but I have been having these brown/red 3 day cycles every 2weeks and now I'm nauseous, tender breasts and have weird flipping feelings near my right ovary. Could I be pregnant?!

2 periods in a month can be due to malnutrition, hormonal imbalance due to birth control pills, depression, anxiety and other psychological problems, pelvic inflammatory disease etc. Chances of pregnancy during a birth control pill use are poor but possible. Your breast tenderness, nausea and cycle disturbances are directly related with birth control pills. If you have recently started loestrin then you will be fine after few cycles. If you are using since long then visit a doctor for advice.
