Do you have a writeable or rewriteable disc? Do you have a writer drive in it? Do you have writing software? (DeepBurner is a good free one if not)
Run the writing software, insert the blank disc, create a data disc and
drag+drop the files you want onto the window (right hand pane), then
hit Burn or Write or whatever
