It is unhealthy to lose too much weight too quickly. What's more, it is also not going to stay off for long. The longer it takes you to lose weight, the longer it will take to put it back on. However, if you lose loads of weight in the space of a week it is more than likely that the weight will be back on within a couple of months at the latest. You should always set yourself realistic goals or a pound or two a week. Any more than that depending on how heavy you actually are, is unhealthy.

When you first start exercising, you will notice that you do lose more weight in the beginning than you do near the end. This is because once your body reaches its ideal weight, weight loss slows down and it is actually harder to lose weight. Also men lose weight quicker than women so bear that in mind if you are exercising with a friend or a partner.

Yes. What method of losing weight are you using? Having little to nothing to eat everyday is extremely unhealthy. Might this be the case? If so, don't worry, proportions is the key. Have a balanced diet. There is nothing wrong with having a bit of sugar in your diet, just take it easy and remember your greens. And remember to exercise! Visit a doctor. It can only help. Even if this wasn't your situation, please seek help. Good luck! :)
