If it is of 0 kilobytes,,, then why need to delete it?? Just let it be,, it isn't using up any of your PC's space..

Right click on the file and opt for delete. Or drag it into your recycle bin. I wouldn't want any strange files residing on my PC, it could be a cookie tracker or some other kind of tracking program.
