First, I will tell you about a free website called Self-Study English Vocabulary Quizzes. It contains most of what you asked for. This is a website filled with questions and answers. You answer the question and then check for the correct answer. The site includes activities in grammar, vocabulary, there are cross word puzzles, which are fun to answer and much more. This is very simple English, and if you can work through the more 1000 questions here, you will be learning a lot about English.

I found a book entitled "English Pronunciation Made Simple with CD (Audio) (Paperback) written by Paulette Dale and Lillian Poms. You can get the book and CD through Amazon online or check for it at your bookstore. You probably can also pick up other books and tapes/Cd's at your local bookstore.

Another thing you can do is enter the words "learning to speak English" into your web browser search and click you find a number of additional websites to help you. Good luck!
