    First of all I should go to the reason that is responsible for people to smoke as when we understand that phenomenon, we can relate it with the exercise that we do ands also its effects.

    Other than the overtures of the adolescence, usually people start smoking when they find themselves mentally stressed and exercise is something that can make their mood exultant. When somebody is in exultant mood, he is able to tackle stress well and that can keep them away from going for a smoke.

    The other reason that also sounds pragmatic is that when people exercise, they are quite fit and fitness makes them involve in other sporting activities rather than going for a cigarette. So it works as double benefit for the smokers and if every one comes to know about the benefit of being fit, they will not indulge in activities like smoking.
