Is he drinking water? What has he been eating if you know? He could be sick and a little Pepito won't hurt him. There are also products you can get a pet stores if that would make you feel more safe to give him. I would first make sure he has enough water as it really is a cure-all!

You should really be getting him to the vet then, being bound up can really cause a lot of harm to them. In some cases, if left alone too long, they can die from it. Please take the pup in. Hope this helps, good luck to you and the pup.

Just thought I should let you know, that AddFalkDVM is a vet and she did not deserve a poor rating. That was mean.
His urine may have a strong odor because it is concentrated--this means he is dehydrated. Also dogs can get constipated when they are dehydrated and their feces become very firm. Constipation can be very severe causing pain, anorexia, and lethargy. I would have this dog examined by your veterinarian. Constipation can develop into a large problem.
