Our Neighbors Uses/deals Drugs And It Is Driving Away Our Tenants? Can We Sue The Neighbors?
In CA, we live in the upper level unit and we cannot retain tenants because of our neighbor's drug use (the smell travels through the ventilation system). This neighbor have been raided by police and even SWAT before but still continued with their drug use and seems to be getting worse. Our complaints to the HOA have fallen on deaf ears. What can we do? Are we suppose to disclose this to potential renters and can we hold the neighbors liable for ruining our livelihood?

Yes, this is your right and you must disclose it to the renters, but tell you the best option is to go legally involve the police and try to have reference in police and contact the court for this matter.
