Actually the Roles and responsibilities of today's men and women have changed a lot from the traditional roles and responsibilities as described in writings of earlier authors. Women are now more participative in the financial side of the household. They are going out and earning like men unlike the women of the early 19th and 18th century. Men have also changed as they are supportive of the woman's new role and are helping out in domestic chores for her help.
