After Carpol Tunnel Surgery, Can You Help?
I had surgery for carpol tunnel 2 weeks ago and i wonder what for exercises i can do to get my hand back, strengthen it etc.

Answers
Carpal tunnel surgery is not complicated but the post operative problems are complicated. It takes months to recover. After recovery the wrist take time to work fully and some time it does not work. Stretching exercises are recommended, but before doing this, take advice from physiotherapist.
