Do You Have To Pay Rent For An Extra Week In A Month Even Though It's Not A Full Week?

He CANNOT do this, you have a set rental amount right? He can't come back later and tell you this, it's illegal I think. You should contact the landlord/tenant board over this one too. I wouldn't let him walk all over you like this. Hope this helps, good luck.

Ask him if you get to pay less rent then in feb. ???   it's not legal if you have a written agreement !  a month is a month...check your rental/lease agreement and call your local tennents union...hope you have a rent/lease agreement, something that states how your rent is to be paid...if not...figure this example : 
 
$600.00 per month
x 12      months
________________
=$7,200
 $7,200  by  365 days= $19.73 (rounded off)  per day
 
show him the figures...hope this helps...some months more some less...let me know how it works out.
