         X(X+7)=4(3+2X)
    or, X^2 + 7X = 12 + 8X   [by simplifying it]
    or, X^2 -X - 12 = 0
    or, X^2 - 4X +3x - 12 = 0  [4 & 3 are factors of 12, & 4-3 is equal to 1]
    or, X(X-4) +3(X-4) = 0
    or, (X-4) (X+3) = 0

    Therefore, the factors are (X-4)(X+3)

      X(x+7)=4(3+2x)
      x^2+7x=12+8x
      x^2+7x-8x-12=0
      x^2+7x-8x-12=0
      x^2- x-12 = 0
Then use the quadratic formula to find factors.
