Can You Help Me Loss Weight?
I`m 5 ft 7 in and 165 lb. I need to lose about 20-22 lb till August. I don`t follow a diet right now, I only try to eat healthy. I also exercise, but no more than 30min a day cause my second job takes most of my time off. I lost only 2 lb in the past month. I`d like to lose weight faster. Why do l lose only 2 lb? What do I do wrong? Thanks!

Weight Watcher's is the way that I lost 102 lbs. And kept it off. The more you weigh the more points you get in food. You need to eat all your points everyday. It is a sensible way to lose weight and keep it off.

lose 2lb because you eat too many calories. You need to stay on a strict diet,
since you can`t exercise more than 30 min. Also, you need to know how many
calories you burn while you work out. The whole idea with losing weight is to
burn more calories than you eat. I suggest you use a calorie counter. You can

I'm in the same boat as you. I work two jobs and I have to make time to go to the gym everyday. I've lost a total of about 20 pounds and I'm still working on it, but here is what I do. I hope it will help you too.
- First of all, you have to MAKE time for the gym. Set up a schedule and actually stick to it. I know this is incredibly hard--especially for us that have multiple jobs, but you won't be able to reach your target fitness level without this.
- Drink more water. Water helps cleanse, energize, and nourish the body. It is essential for good health. If you stay hydrated your body will not hold on to the water. You can lose about 10 pounds of water weight, just by drinking more water.
- Weight training is also effective. When you pair it with cardio, the pounds should just fall off of you. I just recently got a personal trainer. They are showing me exactly what I need to do and when so that I can get the results I want. You might want to look into that too.
- I often find that I need a lot more energy after my day of work. Sometimes it is so hard to get the motivation to go work out, but I found a solution to that also. I take a Zantrex energy pill an hour or two before hitting the gym. I feel refreshed and like I could work out for hours. It is great!
