Now let me start telling you the recipe of this mouth watering and scrumptious extra crispy chicken. First of all trim any excess skin and the fats from the chicken pieces and preheat the oil in a deep-fryer to 350 degrees. Now combine water, salt and MSG for the marinade in a big bowl. Then add chicken to the bowl and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes. Don't forget to turn the chicken a couple times as it marinates. Next, combine the beaten egg and the milk in medium sized bowl. In another bowl, mix the remaining coating ingredients flour, salt, pepper and MSG.
When the chicken has marinated, move each chicken piece to the paper towels so that the excess liquid can drain off. Now first, take one piece and coat it with the dry flour mixture, then the egg and milk mixture, and then back again into the flour. Coat all the chicken pieces very generously and open handedly. After being coated, drop the chicken, one piece at a time into hot oil. Fry half of the chicken at a time (4 pieces) for twelve to fifteen minutes, or till you see it gets golden brown. Remove all of the chicken pieces to a rack or towels to drain for round about five minutes before serving. Serve along with the sauce and fresh vegetables salad.
