Where Is The Fuel Filter Located On 2001 Nissan Altima?
Need to change the filter, but cannot locate it. Manual doesn't show it.

Call your local dealer, ask for the parts department and they can tell you where it is at. Do not ask the repair department,they do not like to give that info for free.good luck

The fuel filter in a 200 Nissan Altima is located in the fuel tank and you can't go for its service as it is a non serviceable part of the car.

Actually, I found the answer on-line. Zuhail must work for a manufacturer and wants to encourage all to spend hundreds of dollars having a garage do the work when for $13.49 plus 30 minutes of my own labor, I replaced. The filter is located on the firewall, just to the passenger side of the master cylinder.
