    Trailer On Son's Property, Told That 2 Acres Was Included In The Sale, Now That Trailer Is Paid For He Is No Longer Going To Sign The Acreage Over And Tells Me That I Will Have To Move Trailer When His Father Dies.

    Need to know if I have a legal stand, it was a verbal contract, this is my step-son.

    You need to get legal advice on this one. Did his father make the deal with him, or witness the deal? Did anyone else know about this? You might have to have witnesses that this deal was made, and what your legal rights are to stay there, after his father is gone.
