That's a good question??....We were told my husband was eligible via mail, and we should look for it soon...but we have yet to get it! I was just online searching around for answers. If I find any...I will re-post here.

The bill that authorized the Veteran Stimulus was signed on February 17 with the stipulation that the payments be made within 120 days of approval. So the checks should be distributed roughly by June 17th.
