    Does A Landlord Have The Right To Evict A Tenant Becuase They Have Requested A Toilet To Be Fixed And The Landlord Is Too Cheap To Fix It?

    That sounds unsanitary. Call the Dept of Health and I bet you toilet gets fixed.

      Really it depends on the state and laws you are in or have,The best thing is to make sure you rent is paid and on time.then present the fix my toilet to your land lord by paper and have him sign it.If you have to go to court there is a land loard/ tenant program that you can find by way of looking in you phone book.That will tell you the laws and how to get this problem solved.If this does go to court the land lord might have to pay you!!! money you have paid in rent back .

      No, definitely not. They don't even have a right to evict you right away if you don't pay rent so a toilet that doesn't work should not be an issue.
