There's mold in the bathroom. Landlord has not fixed it, and would like to know Where the renter will stay , while it's being repaired.

Well, if they can't find someone to stay with during the time the remodeling is going on, then (in some states) THEY have to put you up in a hotel or reasonable housing. You should check with your landlord/tenant board to find out for sure. Hope this helps, good luck.
