My son is now 13 years old and we have just started frcieving support in Jan of this year. His taxes has been intercepted. I was just trying to find out when i might be receiving it. Thank you amy hensley

It really depends on the states relation with the federal gov. I find myself on the other side of the spectrum from what you describe. I have been unemployed for the last 9 months and found myself falling behind since the beginning of the year ( a far cry from what you describe but further behind than I ever thought I would be). I filed at the beginning of Feb. And just got notice that my refund was transferred to payment last week. I feel for you in that the father is not willing to stand up for his responsibility and hope and pray that I get back in the work force to be able to support my children as I should.
