Why Do I Want Suicide?

Are you saying that you want to commit suicide? ...meaning "kill yourself".If that is what you are saying then I'm sure you are going through some tough times right now.  In the world we live in it's easy to get over whelmed with  problems, stresses and life in general to the point where you feel as if you would be better off not in this world. But I assure you, your life is worth living...I love you and don't even know you and God loves you even more and has brought you this far and will  see  you through.  I'm not gonna try to throw a whole lot of religious quotes on you but I can tell you from first hand experience I have been where you are. I was consumed with guilt,regret,shame,fear,anger,and even alcohol abuse...I mean u name it...I had it. Finally someone told me to turn it over to God and I finally took there advice and felt a heavy burden come off my shoulders. See everything happens in Gods time not ours. This  period in your life that you are going through is just temporary and will get better. Please talk to someone you can trust about your feelings and if you cant then get down on your hands and knees and call on Jesus.....and he will make everything alright!!!! In His time of course...you just have to believe.  God Bless!!!

Primadonna's response was beautiful. Living is a precious commodity. I have never been in the darkest depths you seem to be in, but I've been close. Experiencing hardship is rough,  but it provides us a lesson to compare all else. The hard part of life is making the difference,  therefore making a change for the better. You start small. Baby steps that can certainly grow, grow and grow. Your life is worth living. Perhaps you don't have people around you to remind you why you're special. Talk with a professional. It's important. If you are serious with your question, then suicide is an act of a coward. I think you are wise and not a coward. Life is there to be enjoyed, if you are facing problems in life, suicide is not the correct idea, face the challenges of life and come out in flying colors

I just recently tried it.  Our brains are working we are just looking for pain management.  Get help so because there are alternatives to the solution.  Also, don't ever let someone put you down for feeling this way.

I have been there, and the one thing that made me think twice about it was that I did attempt it, and I did die, but what I saw when I was gone was more than what I needed to come back. I saw my mother, and she was mad at me. She told me to get my butt back, and finish the work that was set at hand for me. Also, she'd said that no matter what, Jesus was with me all the time, whether I wanted it or not. I have always accepted that he walks with all of us. I soon found that I couldn't have been more selfish, and that I had more to offer other than my fears. I walk with a high head, and know that many people love me, and I them. Especially Jesus. Committing suicide is sometimes a momentary decision, you suddently feel that you have nothing to live for everything is like a dead end that life has got no meaning one feels like committing suicide.

That is not the truth, there is a silver lining to every cloud, bad times will pass, good things will happen. Everything changes, one cannot be depressed and end one's life. One should think of people you leave behind when you commit suicide.

Several times it is because of some problem could be financial, emotional or something else, a person commit suicide but leaves behind people who have to take care of all these problems, therefore whatever happens avoid suicide.



Every problem has a solutions, we cannot become weak and commit suicide, suicide is for the weak minded therefore, no one should do that.
