It almost sounds like something bit her. If you can find an emergency vet open, then I would call them and ask what you can do until morning. They might tell you to give him some benadryl, but I don't know how much, so I would talk to them about it. Hope this helps, good luck to you.

This sounds like an allergic reaction.  Bee stings and other insect bites commonly result in facial swelling of the muzzle, lips, and around the eyes.  They will often vomit and may have diarrhea.  The face becomes intensely itchy.  If your dog has any difficulty breathing or collapses this is an emergency!  Take him to an emergency clinic!
At home you can give him Benadryl at a dose of 1 milligram per pound body weight by mouth 3 times daily (every 8 hours).  Do not use the Cold and Sinus formula.  Do not give aspirin.  If this is an allergic reaction steroids are the treatment of choice.  Steroids and aspirin given together can have some potentially serious side effects.

It sounds like allergies give him benadryl and try putting a warm tea bag on he eye 3-4 times a day.and you can give him aspirin for the discomfort. If not any better in a couple of days call the vet.
