    A sub-miniature camera, introduced in 1957. Your serial number is quite high so probably your camera is from the early 60's. It used non-standard 16mm film, still obtainable - at a price - and you'll probably have to do your own processing.
    Worth - not a lot. Around $20 basic model, $50 in a boxed kit. Color cased ones a little more.
    Sell it on ebay, they have good Seller/Buyer Protection systems.
