Why Do Some Trains Have Cow-catchers And Some Don't?

Answers
Do have: because sometimes the train would go through the countryside and there would be cows there. So if cows wanted to cross the railway and the train was coming it would not be a pretty sight!
Don't have: because if you were going in a train through the city, it would be a 1% chance of there being a cow on the railway! (Hope this answers your question)
