You Rottie has swallowed something hard like sharp piece of bone etc. It is causing problem in its digestion and blood is coming out of it. There is one major reason of bloody stool that is parasites in intestine. They can be roundworms, tapeworms, or hookworms. It can be some viral attack as well like Parvo or Corona. You should not waste time but take it to a vet as soon as possible otherwise this disease will lead to some incurable trouble.
