This Question is Answered

I Have A German Shepherd/Husky Mixed Dog And He Is 24 Inches Tall. Maybe Its Me, But I Feel Like He Isn't That Big. He Is 9 1/2 Months Old And I Wonder If He Will Get Bigger.

I was only wondering because I've have seen many other German Shepherds and, to me, they seem to be bigger than mine.

Both german shepherd and huskies have an average height of 23 inches to 25 inches in male dogs and 21 inches to 23 inches in female dogs. As your dog is a mix breed of these two breeds, I reckon he is doing just fine height wise. This is just the perfect height for a german shepherd / husky mix breed. In this breed, the physical adulthood is achieved at the age of 18 – 24 months but there is a minimal height and weight gain after 12 months. That means your dog can possibly get much bigger than he is now.
