Where Does The Last Name Reves Come From?
I found out my birthmother's last name and i want to know what my heritage is.

There was once a Spanish author who used the name Reves, but it looks like he made it up. However there is an English name Reves, which may well be a variant of Reeve. This name comes from the Middle Ages and was originally the name of a job: A reeve was a medieval official, something like a magistrate or a sherrif; or sometimes a bailiff, responsible for collecting rents.
