    Every step organization analysis is important but the most important one  is Organizational behavior analysis because this is what the analysis is all about. If you fail to do right analysis then all money and time will be lost.
    And the alternative, recommendation and contingency plan all depends upon your Oragnizational behavior analysis. So ask lots of questions from managers, staff and every one related to their job, duties, responsibilities and their working environment in order to get true picture of the organization.
