    I would call a veterinarian to get this info. You can talk to at least he assistant nurse or something. There's a couple of sites that you can go to, there's www.netvet.com these sights have a connection that you can ask a question, however I think they charge a minimal fee.

    Worth it if you love your cat. I would rather do it safely, rather than hurt the animal. Hope this helps, good luck.
