Anywhere? Not so. I applied for a small $1,500 personal loan with American General a week ago which I wanted to secure with my free and clear car title. I was declined. I too would LOVE to know of LEGITIMATE lenders NOT title loan companies or payday loan companies who will approve secured loans. Online searches keep leading back to high risk options with absurd loan shark interest rates.
