Well he could love you, maybe its just that his priorities are in the wrong place. Meaning you should come first! And apprently he isn't doing that. The only way to find out is to ask him. Its no harm in asking. Let him know that u feel like your second on his list. No one is that busy with work! He can take some time out of his schedule to tell you that he loves you, or maybe even take you out and devote some of his time to you. If he doesn't do that now then yes, his priorites are all over the place and he needs to put them in the right place.
