You cannot find this script for free online, and it's not certain if it can even been purchased. Maybe someone can sit down and go through the film and create one. The two links certainly do not have the script. You can purchase "Still Life" by Noel Coward on Amazon.

There is a web site that has several thumbnails of a few pages from the typewritten script here: http://lean.bfi.org.uk/material.php?theme=1&type=Script&title=brief_en
counter -- I haven't been able to find a site that even offers it for sale. I'll keep looking though!

I am the Manager of the Visitor Centre at Carnforth Station where "Brief Encounter" was filmed in 1945. Someone has emailed me asking where they can find a script from the film. To my knowledge it is not possible to buy one. The only alternative I am aware of is Noel Coward's "Still Life" play on which the film was based.
As it is over 60 years since the film was made, it is becoming increasingly harder to source memorabilia and all things to do with the film, and copyright is a minefield as ownership has fragmented over the years.
As the previous comment states, if there is anyone out there who is able to create a script, please let me know!
