I moved & the landlord will not return my security deposit. The place was clean & undamaged. Pictures were taken. This has been ongoing since 6/07.

All depends upon the agreement. The state's law are different but the agreement says everything. It would have been written on the agreement about the return of the security deposit. So please read the agreement and then you will come to know about your rights and how much you can sue to your Ex-landlord.
