What Are The Factors That Could Ignite An Explosive Asthma Attack?

Asthma varies with patients as its intensity and other attributes are not the same in every case.  Some instances vary in terms of time as the conditions are worse in the night and sometimes in the starting hours of morning.  In terms of intensity, some of the patients suffer from occassional symptoms while on a more intensified state of the disease, some patients have symptoms that are frequent enough to interfere with the daily and usual happenings of their lives.  

In the worst case, asthma becomes a very grave and painful disease whose acute impact serves towards excluding the suffering patient from his daily life activities forcing him / her to lead an abnormal life.  The factors that have the tendency to ignite an explosive asthma attack are inclusive of exposure to various types of pollutants and allergens like dust mites, pollen and protein particles that are shed by cats and dogs.  Another factor that catalyzes an ashtma attack is a vigorous exercise routine.  Some other contributors towards building an asthma attack are inclusive of air pollution, strong and intense emotional states, drugs and sometimes chemical irritants.
