There are agricultural universities which are offering full time courses and you can do BSC-Honors from these universities. As currently you are in full time job then you can also go for diplomas like BTEC First Diploma in Countryside and Environment and BTEC National Certificate/Diploma in Forestry and Arboriculture (Forestry). You also need  experience in the organizations like The National Trust, Woodland Trust and also British Trust for Conversation volunteers. This will enhance your chances to get the job.
