Well, once the bell has been rung, you can't unring it. In other words, since you have told him, you can't go back to the place where you hadn't told him. I hate to say it, but if your boyfriend can't get beyond your past experiences, you should end it. It will never get better.What you need to learn from this, is to keep your past experiences to yourself. If the new guy asks, just tell him its in the past.
